30-Day Return Window
If you're not fully satisfied with your Halo Stoma Guard or accessory, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return
Email support@haloostomy.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll review your request and provide instructions.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace the item at no cost, ensuring you can continue protecting your stoma with confidence.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a shipping error or product defect.
If we provide a prepaid label, the cost may be deducted from your refund.
